Outlet & Open-box

Pre-owned, ex-demo & open-box HiFi and home theatre

The CHT Solutions outlet is where premium audio and AV gear becomes genuinely affordable — carefully selected pre-owned, ex-demonstration and open-box pieces from the brands we live and breathe. It's the smart way into flagship performance without the flagship price.

Ex-demo units have spent time in our Sydney showroom, run gently and looked after by people who care about this equipment, and each one is inspected and tested so it looks and performs as it should. Pre-owned and trade-in pieces come to us from fellow enthusiasts upgrading their systems, rigorously bench-tested to be safe and defect-free. Warranty varies by item: many ex-demo units still carry their full manufacturer's warranty, while pre-owned and trade-in pieces are backed by a minimum of a three-month CHT warranty — the exact cover is confirmed on each product, so if you're ever unsure, just ask.

You'll find everything from AV receivers and speakers to subwoofers, projectors, turntables and streaming — names like Denon, Marantz, KEF, Monitor Audio, Polk and SVS. Outlet stock is one-of-a-kind and moves quickly, so what you see is what's available: when it's gone, it's gone.

Trade in and upgrade

Ready to move up? Trade in your current gear to bring down the cost of your next system. We don't buy equipment outright, but a trade-in is a great way to reduce the outlay on an upgrade — and to pass loved gear on to its next owner. Talk to our team about what your equipment is worth toward something new.

Browse the outlet online, or visit our Sydney showroom to see and hear the range in person. Every outlet order ships with the same free insured delivery Australia-wide over $79 and the same honest advice as the rest of the store. Questions? Call us on 1800 100 998.
