The SVS Prime Series Satellite Speakers are a pair of compact two-way speakers that bring real SVS performance to the smallest spots in your system. Built with the same driver and crossover technology as SVS's larger Prime and Ultra speakers, they make ideal surrounds or a compact stereo pair, voiced to blend seamlessly with the rest of the Prime range.

  • Real SVS sound in a tiny box. A 1-inch aluminium tweeter and 4.5-inch woofer share technology with SVS's bigger speakers, so they sound composed and detailed rather than small and tinny like typical surrounds.

Under the Hood

  • Refined tweeter. A 1-inch aluminium dome tweeter with an FEA-optimised diffuser for open, airy highs.
  • Composed midbass. A 4.5-inch polypropylene woofer with an aluminium shorting ring and vented voice-coil former for clean midrange and controlled bass.
  • Quality crossover. A SoundMatch 2-way crossover with premium capacitors, air-core inductors and heavy-trace boards, crossing at 2.3 kHz.

The Prime Satellite is the small speaker that does not sound small. As surrounds in a Prime or Ultra home theatre they disappear into the system while adding real detail and directionality, and as a compact stereo pair in a bedroom or study they punch well above their footprint. The built-in keyhole bracket makes them a genuinely easy install. Sold as a pair.

Pro Tip: With bass extending to around 69 Hz, the Prime Satellites are made to work with a subwoofer. In your receiver, set them to "small" and cross them over at 80 Hz so the sub handles the deep bass and the satellites do what they do best. That gets you full-range sound from a compact pair.
