The Primare CD35 Prisma is the CD35 with the SM35 Prisma network module fitted, so one chassis handles discs, files and services through the same ESS ES9028PRO converter and the same balanced output stage. If your amplifier is a plain I35, PRE35 or something from another brand entirely, this is the neatest way to add streaming without adding a box. It costs more than a standalone streamer of similar quality, but you are also getting a very good CD player, and the two sharing one output stage is a real advantage. Skip it if your amplifier already streams.

Pro Tip: The second Ethernet port acts as a pass through. Run one cable to the rack, plug the CD35 Prisma in first, then daisy chain to the amplifier or television from the back of this unit.
