All orders over $79 include Free Shipping Australia Wide. For orders under $79 we shipping cost is $15.

We use a variety of shipping methods depending on the types of items purchased and their delivery location. This helps to ensure your items arrive safely and in a timely manner. If you are on a tight deadline or would like to know an estimated delivery date for your order, contact our friendly staff and they will be happy to assist.

Orders will usually take between 1-6 days for delivery, depending on your location and shipping method.

If your order has not been delivered within 7 days of shipping we recommend you reach out to us directly to investigate with Australia Post / Courier.

If for any reason you haven't followed up with us within 30 days of shipping, we'll be unable to guarantee your delivery of your item unless it has been returned to sender. 

Finding the right counterweight depends on the turntable, the tonearm, and the cartridge fitted. Here are some of the most common Pro-Ject turntables and the counterweights they need.

Counterweight #00 (65g) is suitable for the following Pro-Ject turntables:
- Essential II, Essential III, Debut III, P1/1.2, 1Xpression AC (for cartridges weighing 3.5-5.5g)
- Debut Carbon (for cartridges weighing 7.0-10.0g)

Counterweight #01 (75g) is suitable for the following Pro-Ject turntables:
- Essential II, Essential III, Debut III, P1/1.2, 1Xpression AC (for cartridges weighing 6-9g)
- Debut Carbon (for cartridges weighing 11g+)

Counterweight #03 (95g) is suitable for the following Pro-Ject turntables:
- P2.9 (for cartridges weighing 9-13g)
- RPM 4, RPM 6, 2Xperience, P6.9, (for cartridges weighing 6-10g)
- RPM 5, RPM 6.1 SB (for cartridges weighing 10-15g) [only for 2M Red version of the RPM5]

Counterweight #08 (55g) is suitable for the following Pro-Ject turntables:
- Essential II, Essential III, Debut III, P1.2 (for cartridges weighing 1.5-3g)
- Debut Carbon (for cartridges weighing 6.5-8.5g)
- 1Xpression AC (for cartridges weighing 3-5g)

Counterweight #28 (68g) is suitable for the following Pro-Ject turntables:
- RPM 5 Carbon, RPM 9 Carbon, 2Xperience/2Xperience SB, 6 Perspex SB, (for cartridges weighing 5-7.5g)

- RPM 5, RPM 9 Carbon, RPM 9.2 2 Xperience DC, 6 Perspex SB, Xtension 9 (for cartridges weighing 7-10g)
