How long does it take to build?
Manhattan seating is made to order, so there's a production lead time that varies with the model and finish. We confirm the current timeframe with your quote.
Can I choose the exact leather colour?
Yes. Fabric and leather ranges have a choice of colours, and Pro Series chairs unlock 58 Muirhead colours across four series. You can browse and preview every shade in the builder.
Straight or curved rows?
Both are available. Curved rows angle the outer seats toward the screen for better sightlines in wider rooms; straight rows suit narrower spaces. We'll help you choose for your room.
What's included as standard?
The Luxe models include seat heating, drink cooling, LED lighting and power ports as standard. Options like chiller cups, massage and embroidered headrests are added on top.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit starts production and the remaining 50% is due before shipping. You can pay each stage online from the quote we send.
What about delivery and warranty?
White Glove delivery and install is available ($60/chair); kerbside courier is free into our store for metro areas. Every chair carries a 5-year warranty (commercial warranty on the Pro Series).
