The Pro-Ject T1 EVO BT Turntable is a belt-driven deck built from real materials: a CNC-machined wooden plinth, a heavy glass platter and a one-piece aluminium tonearm, all fitted with an Ortofon OM10 moving magnet cartridge. A built-in aptX Bluetooth transmitter plays your records wirelessly to Bluetooth speakers, and a switchable phono stage lets you wire it straight into a traditional amplifier or active speakers.

Under the Hood

  • No plastic in the chassis. The CNC-machined wooden plinth is made with no hollow spaces and no plastic parts, which keeps unwanted vibration out of the sound.
  • Heavy glass platter. A zero-resonance glass platter rides on a newly designed sub-platter and an ultra-precise 0.001 mm main bearing with a hardened stainless steel axle and brass bushing.
  • One-piece aluminium tonearm. The tonearm is a single piece of aluminium with an integrated headshell and low-friction bearings, which improves accuracy over screwed-on or glued-on headshells.
