 Episode® Wireless Subwoofer Kit

Have a system that wasn't prewired for a subwoofer or it's in the wrong spot? Why retrofit when you can wireless?! With the Episode® ES-SUB-WIRELESS kit, you can easily install the subwoofer anywhere in the room. This means you can spend more time dialing in the system and less time wiring it.

Overview

  • 15m Range
  • Suits all Subwoofers using a RCA Input

Features

Easy Subwoofer Placement
You are now free to move about the room! With this wireless subwoofer kit, it's easier than ever to place the subwoofer in the sweet spot. Is there a "peak" or "null" where you prewired the subwoofer? Is the planned location in the way of furniture? Now you can relocate the sub - not the wires - to anywhere there's an electrical outlet. Plus, the compact forms mean you can tuck both the transmitter and receiver out of sight!

What a Pair!
After powering up each device, simply press and hold the SYNC button once on each end. The two will automatically connect to each other - and more importantly - stay that way, even if the power goes out!

Reduced Interference
This kit uses similar wireless technology to gear used in professional and live concert venues, so it's more immune than traditional consumer products to Wi-Fi signals, microwave ovens and other RF devices. This means fewer service calls for audio drop-outs or interfering equipment.

Low Latency, Extended Range
You've heard the phrase "in the blink of an eye" used to refer to something that happens quickly. That's about 350 milliseconds to be exact. The ES-SUB-WIRELESS kit is more than 20X faster than that. With a maximum delay of 13 milliseconds, subwoofer signals are instantly transmitted and reproduced. Plus our engineers have verified the system integrity to up to 50 feet.

Frequency Shift Keying (FSK)
FSK, or frequency hopping, adds another layer of reliability by automatically finding open frequencies to communicate. If interference is found on one channel, it simply "hops" to an available one.
