The WXC-50 is a new-concept audio component that goes beyond conventional audio thinking that allows you to use your existing audio equipment such as Amplifiers and AV Receivers to expand your MusicCast multi Room system. 

It let's you access a wide variety of audio content such as music from streaming services or stored on a smartphone, and enjoy high quality sound and style. High functionality and performance bring you musical enjoyment just the way you want it.

  • MusicCast app for easy operation. The app lets you also control other MusicCast-compatible components
  • One push play - pressing any button turns the unit on and initiates playback of the previously selected source
  • Retro modern design and superior quality
  • 48-bit digital volume control is far greater than the input signal bit resolution, achieving high quality control
  • Compact design measures only 214 mm wide and fits in any location - either horizontally or vertically
  • Easy installation - suitable size for 1U rack with a width of 214 mm and height of 42 mm (without feet)
  • Low standby power consumption: 1.92 W
  • Seamless link to Yamaha amp with Main In and Trigger In terminals for control of system power and volume
  • Player mode - turn off Pre Amp mode and use the device as a simple network audio player

Works perfectly. Great addition to my HIFI system

The Yamaha WCX 50 is perfect and a great addition to my HIFI system. I can now stream music from Spotify and Amazon. It was easy to set up and connect to the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. If you are looking for a network streamer I totally recommend the Yamaha WXC 50. Buying from CHT Solutions was easy and their price was great and I would recommend then to anyone seeking good Hi Fi equipment.

I had a pair of amplified speakers that I wanted to join my MusicCast system, this product perfectly achieves that goal. I set the speakers to the max volume they go before any audible hiss, then thereafter control the volume via the WXC-50 knob or remote, or even better - directly from my phone volume buttons via spotify. Its great being able to play music from bed to help me get motivated to get up. This was my second purchase from CHT, both times the service was great and price competitive.
