Shipping:

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We try to dispatch all order's the same day if the order is placed before 12pm (EST Time) Mon - Fri. The delivery time will depend on customers location and the delivery companies. We estimate delivery to most of the east of Australia within 2-4 working days. Western Australia and regional areas can take 3-6 working days.

International orders generally take around 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

What shipping services do you use?

We use Australia Post Eparcel and various couriers to ensure your items arrive as quick as possible around the country.  All international orders will be sent via the airmail service.

Do you offer express postage?

We currently do not offer express postage through the website. If you need items sent via express please call us on 1800 100 998 and we will arrange a quote and process the order over the phone.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally and have shipped orders all over the world. We now only accept payment for International orders via PayPal.

Is pickup available?

Sorry pickup is not avaliable currently.

How can I track my package?

Orders can be tracked via the tracking number which is included in the shipment confirmation email. This tracking number can be used on the Australian Post Tracking Site or the specific couriers tracking website.

Note very small items may be sent without a tracking number which helps keep our prices as low as possible.

Returns:

 

What is your returns policy?

All items carry a 2 year warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description. This does not cover improper use or intentional damage.

We also offer a 30 day money back refund if your not happy with our products or if there not what you need. Simply contact us to arrange a return and we'll refund your money less shipping costs when we receive them. The item will need to be unused in original condition and in it's original packaging.

How do I request a return?

You need to contact our team by raising a support ticket.  In this ticket you will need to tell us your full name, order number, item you would like to return and why.

One of our support team will get back to you ASAP with further instructions.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

We will pay return shipping on any warranty claims. You will have to pay the return shipping if you change your mind and would like a refund.

Customer service can be contacted by raising a support ticket or by calling 1800 100 998, More detailed inquires are best handled by a support ticket as it allows our customer service team to get back to you ASAP without keeping you on the phone while we research your inquiry to give you most detailed answer.

What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?

How can I check my order status?

How do I change my password?

Passwords can be changed by clicking on the Change Password Link which is on the My Account Page.

What should I do if I'm having trouble logging in?

If you are having trouble logging in it's best to first check that your caps lock key is not on. If you are still having trouble and cannot find where to reset your password it's best to raise a support ticket with our customer service team. They can then reset your password for you and provide you with a temporary password which you should change once you login.

How do I view a previous order?

Previous orders can be viewed by clicking on the My Orders Link which is located within the My Account page.

How do I update my details?

Your account details can be updated on the My Account Page once you are logged in.

How do I unsubscribe from a newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from a newsletter in two ways. There will be a link on the bottom of all our newsletter emails which gives you the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

You can also change your newsletter subscription settings via the Newsletter Subscriptions Link on the My Account page.

What payment options do you offer?

For Australian orders we accept payment via Visa / Mastercard, PayPal, Direct deposit.

For international order we are only able to accept PayPal at this time

What do you do to ensure my credit card details are safe?

We use a 256bit SSL Certificate to guarantee your personal details are safe with us, your credit card information is handled completely via eWay which use's the state of the art technology to ensure your credit card information is safe.

Do you offer trade/wholesale accounts?

Yes we do offer trade/wholesale account with payment terms to our regular customers in the industry. Contact our support team for more information and to see if you would be eligible. Trade accounts can also attract discount pricing for larger orders.

Do all product prices contain GST?

Yes, all product will display with GST included for Australian residents. For our international customers simply create an account with your country of residence and all prices will display without GST.
